🤔 How to purchase
Thank you for your interest in purchasing one of our plans. We have made the process as simple as possible:
1. Visit the Pricing Page
You do not need to create an account in advance, although we do recommend it.
On our pricing page, you can select how many credits you wish to purchase. One credit is equivalent to $1 USD.
At the bottom of the page, you can see the benefits and how many photos and videos you will be able to process with the selected amount of credits; the more credits you purchase, the more benefits you will receive for 12 months.
Once you have selected the plan you prefer, simply accept the terms at the bottom and click the "Create Order" button. After a few seconds, your order will be created and the button will change to "Pay order." Click it, and it will open the page to fill in your information and select your payment method.
2. Order Page
On our billing platform, you will see your order details, such as the order number. Below that, you will find a form to enter your details, which helps us verify that you are indeed the one making the purchase.
In the email address field, please enter the email associated with your existing account or the one you will use to create a new account.
Once your information is submitted, you will see the payment providers available for your region, including the estimated processing time and the accepted payment methods.
3. Track Your Payment
Most payment providers report payment statuses to our billing platform in real-time, so you will be able to see instantly when your payment is being processed and when it has been completed.
4. That’s It!
Once your payment is processed, the status will appear as "Paid!" and within a few seconds, you will receive an email containing:
Your receipt.
A link to log in to the platform.
Keep this email in a safe place! The login link acts as your password, allowing you to access your account from any device with a web browser.
If you already had a registered account with that email, the login link will remain the same, and your credits will be instantly credited to that same account.
